Refund policy

At DuelMarket, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@duelmarket.com.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original condition.

Opened trading card products, booster packs, booster boxes and other sealed products are not eligible for return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

DuelMarket reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
