Refund policy

All sales are final
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including on unopened sealed products.

Exceptions: damaged, incorrect or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or a product is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@duelmarket.store with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the package, the shipping label and the item(s)

For orders over $200, we recommend recording a video while opening your package.

Resolution
After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. If we ask you to return an item, we will provide the return shipping at our expense.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before release.

Refused packages
Import duties are paid by the customer at delivery. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, it will be returned to us and refunded minus the original and return shipping costs.
