Terms of sale

1. Prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

2. Import duties
Our products ship from Japan. Prices do not include US import duties and taxes (currently around 12.5% of the order value) or any clearance fee charged by the carrier. These are the customer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier at delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation
An order is confirmed once payment is received. You may request a cancellation by email before your order ships. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

5. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of order and ship once the product is released in Japan. Release dates are set by KONAMI and may change. If a release is delayed or our allocation is reduced, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Authenticity
Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced in Japan.

7. Final sale
All sales are final, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy (damaged, incorrect or lost orders).
