Shipping policy

Shipping from Japan
All orders ship directly from Japan. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Japan time). Pre-orders ship upon release.

Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no update for 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at contact@duelmarket.store. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship your order or issue a full refund.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Import duties and taxes
Our prices and shipping costs do not include US import duties. All orders ship from Japan, and US Customs currently applies duties of around 12.5% of the order value on Japanese products (rate set by US Customs and subject to change). These duties, along with any clearance fee charged by the carrier, are paid by the customer to the carrier at delivery.

If a package is refused or left unclaimed because duties were not paid, it will be returned to us. Once received, we will refund the order minus the original and return shipping costs.
