Are your cards authentic?
Yes, always. All our products are official Japanese (OCG) Yu-Gi-Oh! products sourced in Japan and checked before shipping.

Where do you ship from?
Every order ships directly from Japan to the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 5-8 business days. Every order includes tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet, we currently ship to the United States only.

How are cards packaged?
Singles are shipped in sleeves and rigid toploaders; sealed products are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Will I pay customs duties?
Yes. Since all orders ship from Japan, US Customs applies import duties of around 12.5% of the order value (current rate, subject to change). They're not included in our prices and are paid to the carrier at delivery, sometimes with a small carrier clearance fee.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@duelmarket.store and we'll make it right.
