It has two effects: (1) Once per turn, you can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card and send 1 Water attribute monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard to return up to 3 cards on your opponent's field to their hand. (2) If this Xyz Summoned card is sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon up to 3 Level 3 or lower Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua-type monsters from your hand or Graveyard.
